She has played a leading role in supporting the transformation of Hong Kong’s listed market and infrastructure, enhancing market quality, attractiveness, and efficiency, and helping position HKEX as a leading global exchange group.<br /><br />Ms Chan has held leadership roles in legal and financial services with Asia-Pacific and global responsibilities. Before becoming CEO, Ms Chan was HKEX’s Co-Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw the Group’s key operational and strategic functions. Ms Chan first joined HKEX as Head of IPO Transactions in 2007 from Morgan Stanley, where she spent four years leading the legal function for the investment bank’s Asia capital markets business. She rejoined HKEX in 2020 as Head of Listing, after serving as a partner at international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell focusing on capital markets between 2010 and 2019.<br /><br />Ms Chan is a frequent contributor to the World Economic Forum and is a member of the Forum’s Centre for Financial and Monetary Systems Advisory Council.<br /><br />In Hong Kong, Ms Chan served as a member of the Financial Services Development Council between 2015 and 2018, and was a member of its Board of Directors between 2019 to 2020. She was also a member of the Standing Committee of Company Law Reform and the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.<br /><br />Ms Chan was featured on Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in business list for 2024 and was ranked in the Top 10 in Asia. She was also recognised as one of the World Federation of Exchanges’ Women Leaders between 2021 and 2023. In addition, Ms Chan was recognised among IFLR1000’s Asia Best Lawyers in 2019 and was named The American Lawyer’s Dealmaker of the Year in 2018.<br /><br />Ms Chan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. She is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and an attorney at law in New York State.</p>

He received his early education in Hong Kong and England, and took his law degree at University College London (UCL) where he is now Chairman of the University’sgoverning council.<br /><br />Mr Chu is Chairman and CEO of First Eastern Investment Group, a leading Hong Kong-based international investment firm and a pioneer of private equity investments in China. He is a Co-Founderand Director of Peach Aviation in Japan, as well as a Board Member of AirbusSEand Nomura Holdings.<br /><br />Over the last 30+years, Victor Chu has at various times served as Director and Council Member of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Member of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel, Advisory Committee Member of the Securities and Futures Commission, and part-time member of Hong Kong Government’s Central Policy Unit. MrChu has also served as a Foundation Board Member (Trustee) of the World Economic Forum from 2003 to 2015 and currently co-chairs the Forum’s International Business Council. He is Chairman of the Hong Kong-Europe Business Counciland Chairman ofthe Hong Kong-United States Business Council.<br /><br />Mr Chu is admitted to practise law in England and Hong Kong. Since 1982 he has practised in the field of corporate, commercial and securities laws, with special emphasis on regional investment transactions. He served as Deputy Secretary-General of the International Bar Association (IBA) from 1995 to 2000.<br /><br />Victor Chu is a Trustee of Asia House in London and Hong Kong, as well as a member of the advisory boards of Chatham House, the Oxford Martin School and the Atlantic Council of the USA.<br /><br />Mr Chu was awarded the 2011 Global Economy Prize by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.</p>

He is also Chairman of IP Group plc, which invests to accelerate commercialisation of science and technology based early-stage companies involved in life sciences, cleantech and deep technology. He has for many years been involved with Cancer Research UK where he chairs their corporate partnership board and since December 2022 Sir Douglas has been Chairman of the Royal Marsden Hospital and Charity. The Royal Marsden is the UK’s leading cancer hospital dedicated to cancer diagnosis, treatment, research and education.<br /><br />Douglas retired as Group Chairman of HSBC Holdings plc on 30th September 2017, having been appointed to that role in December 2010. For fifteen years prior to this he was HSBC’s Group Finance Director, joining from KPMG where he was a partner. During his HSBC career, Mr Flint was a member of both the Mayor of Beijing’s and the Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders’ Advisory Councils and served on the International Advisory Board of the China Europe International Business School. He was also up until his retirement, Chair of City UK's China Market Advisory Group.<br /><br />Between 2005 and 2011 he was also a Non-Executive Director of BP plc.<br /><br />In June 2006 Mr Flint was honoured with a CBE, and received his Knighthood in 2018, both awards in recognition of his services to the finance industry.</p>

Notably, he's been recognized as a "Highly Cited Chinese Researcher" for 11 consecutive years and is ranked as the “Top 2% of Scientists” globally by Stanford University. He has delivered over 100 lectures at more than 60 universities and institutions in 30 different countries and regions. Prof. Xu Hongxi is currently the Editor in Chief of Acta Materia Medica (AMM), Associate Editor of Frontiers in Molecular and Cellular Oncology and Frontiers in Oncology, as well as the Editorial Board Member of more than 20 scientific journals. He has also edited and published eight books, including "Pharmacology of Chinese Medicines" and "Toxicology of Chinese Medicines."</p>

The vice chairman and general manager of SIIC Investment Company Limited, the chairman of The Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited, the vice president of SIIC Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the chairman of Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Co., Ltd. and the chairman of Wing Fat Printing Company, Limited, the vice executive president of Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited, etcs.</p>

He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer for the Group between 2015 and 2021.<br /><br />Under his leadership, Mitsui successfully repositioned itself for future success by transforming and expanding its core business while at the same optimizing its portfolio. The Group also focused on new areas of growth, including energy solutions, healthcare/nutrition, and market Asia, driven by the creation of multifaced values and opportunities from digitalization, decarbonization, and consumers.<br /><br />He has held various senior positions with the Group around the globe, including in Asia, North and Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Over the course of his illustrious career, he has gained diverse and deep business experience including stints at the World Bank and Toyo Engineering Corporation.<br /><br />He first joined Mitsui in 1983, and in 2010 he served as the General Manager of the Corporate Planning ＆ Strategy Division, where he led the formulation of its medium-term management strategy and business plans. He then became the Chief Operating Officer of the Integrated Transportation Systems Business Unit in 2013, driving growth for the segment through projects across various fields including automotive, construction machinery, shipping, aerospace and railway. During his tenure, he also initiated strategic initiatives in railway infrastructure and truck-leasing to expand the segment and enhance its competitiveness.<br /><br />His motto in business is to “know and respect your partners”. Throughout his time at Mitsui, he studied the language, history and culture of each nation where he spent time.<br /><br />By personally visiting the countries where Mitsui operates in, he also hopes to show the importance of active dialogue with customers and partners with the aim of realizing 360° business innovation.</p>

(300347.SZ/3347.HK), and is currently the chairman of the company. In past years, he was awarded many honorary titles, such as ‘2009 Top 25 Outstanding Entrepreneurs in China’, ‘2016 Professional Excellence Award’, ‘2019 Outstanding Entrepreneur in High-quality Management Development’, Imperial College China Alumni Association - Distinguished Alumni Title.<br /><br />Tigermed that he founded is a trusted clinical research organization, it provides full-service for the global biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. From its inception in 2004 to 2023, the company has provided services for 61% of the listed Class 1 new drug research and development in China. According to Frost &amp; Sullivan's report, Tigermed has ranked first in China's clinical outsourcing service market share for many consecutive years, and is the only Chinese clinical outsourcing service provider to enter the top 10 in the world. In the first three quarters of 2024, the company's operating income was 5.067 billion RMB.<br /><br />In recent years, Tigermed has also won 2023 Best Employer Award from LinkedIn, Frost &amp; Sullivan's 2021 China Clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) Competitive Strategic Leadership Award and many other honor titles.</p>
